Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Controller
This website and waitlist service are operated by Reducio UG, a company incorporated under German law.
What We Collect
We collect only your email address, which you provide voluntarily when submitting the waitlist signup form on
this website. We do not collect any other personal data.
Why We Collect It
Your email address is collected for the sole purpose of notifying you when Reducio launches and when early
access becomes available. We will not use your email for any other purpose.
How It Is Stored
Your email address is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare's
data centers are subject to industry-standard physical and logical security controls.
Retention
We will retain your email address until 6 months after our public launch, then permanently delete it — or until
you request deletion, whichever comes first.
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the
General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679):
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data at any time.
- Right to data portability — you may request your data in a portable format.
- Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the
lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@reducio.xyz. We
will respond within 30 days.
No Marketing
We will not send you marketing communications. Your email will only be used to notify you about Reducio's
launch and early access availability.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your email address to any third parties, except as required
by law or as necessary to operate the Cloudflare infrastructure on which your data is stored.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies of any kind.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated effective date.
We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Governing Law

applicable German data protection law.

Security Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Overview
Reducio UG takes the security of user data seriously. This page describes the security measures in place for
the Reducio website and waitlist service.
Data in Transit
All connections to this website and our waitlist API are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Unencrypted HTTP
connections are redirected to HTTPS.
Data at Rest
Email addresses submitted via the waitlist form are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare D1).
Cloudflare applies access controls and encryption at rest on all stored data.
Data Minimization
We collect only email addresses. We do not collect passwords, payment information, IP addresses, device
identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your email.
Access Controls
Access to the waitlist database is limited to core Reducio UG team members who require it to operate the
service. Access is granted on a strict need-to-know basis.
Infrastructure Security
All endpoints are protected by Cloudflare's DDoS mitigation and edge network security. Cloudflare's global
network provides protection against volumetric attacks, bot traffic, and other common threats.
No Sessions or Authentication
The Reducio website currently operates as a waitlist-only service. There are no user accounts, no
authentication systems, and no session management. This significantly reduces the attack surface of the
application.
Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Reducio website or its supporting infrastructure, we ask that
you report it responsibly to security@reducio.xyz.
We commit to:
- Acknowledging receipt of your report within 72 hours.
- Investigating and triaging the issue promptly.
- Resolving confirmed critical vulnerabilities within 30 days of confirmation.
- Keeping you informed of our progress.
We do not currently participate in bug bounty programs, but we genuinely appreciate responsible disclosure and
will acknowledge your contribution where appropriate.
